THE ROLE

The candidate will support the Client Portfolio Manager in delivering quality product information to internal and external clients, as well as in facilitating new product development/ launches.

THE CANDIDATE

The candidate should be a self-starter who has the ability to use their own initiative and work independently. The role requires an excellent team player who can build strong relationships through effective communication.  The candidate should be highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.

Accuracy is imperative when producing material - therefore an eye for detail, being comfortable with numbers and a high level of competency in PowerPoint are all essential. The candidate should have a can – do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and good command of written and spoken English, an ability to write and speak in Mandarin would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a background in Economics or Finance with a least 3- 5 years experience in the investment industry and a strong understanding of the fund management business and financial markets. A candidate pursuing a CFA qualification would be a definite advantage.

This role will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to convert to permanent based on performance
