Jnr Trader (Quant Hedge Fund)
Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a Junior Trader. The ideal person will have gained a good degree (numerate or technology based subject) and will have previously gained some experience within a Hedge Fund in a front or middle office enviorment.
The role itself will involve providing timely execution of trades covering a diverse product range but with an emphasis on the futures and commodities markets. You will also be tasked with completing market related reports and supporting the trading team with ad-hoc projects.
Due to the 24/7 nature of the trading undertaken, this role will involve some night shift work (2 weeks of night shift followed by 2 weeks of days).
A great oppurtunity for someone with a little Hedge Fund experience to gain a front office role within a highly regarded Quant Fund.
