We are currently looking to recruit a Job Search Facilitator whose role will be to work within JHP centres or Outreach locations to help clients with job search activities and build relationships with the clients in order to be able to support them in sourcing sustainable employment. You will facilitate job search activities either 1:1 or in groups, provide guidance on compilation of CV's, application letters and application forms and provide guidance on how to do online job searches and prepare for interviews.
Specific requirements:
- Personable with good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Previous experience within a client facing role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience within the welfare to work sector would be beneficial.
- Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment would be advantageous.
- IT literate.
- Experience of facilitating workshops to groups.
- Experience of dealing with clients who have diverse backgrounds.
- Experience of working to targets, within a target driven environment.
- Driving license and use of own vehicle.
