mindSHIFT Technologies has an immediate opening for a Jr. Account Manager to assist with the logistics of serviceing our clients and regional operations teams:
- Administrative support to regional operations and account management team
- Coordination of the reactive service needs of regional clients
- Case management responsibilities including

- MAC MSID and CAM processes
- CAF billing updated
- Contract line item entry updates
- Monitor escalation cases through to completion
- Assist with aged case review and reporting
- Reactive service management including
-
- Schedule reactive service calls PTO and office visits in CRM
- Billing tasks related to reactive services request
- Follow-up quality assurance
- Clerical support
- Billing tasks for time materials projects
- Follow up Quality Assurance for on-site service and visits
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Enterprise technologies.
- Strong understanding of LAN and WAN networks and network design.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Managed Services industry a big plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
