Duties
- Create and track reports using Word and Excel
- Keep track of office supplies
- Sort and distribute the mail
- Assist with special projects on an as needed basis
- Assist with typical day-to-day administrative duties including:
- Drafting correspondences
- Typing, proofreading and editing documents
- Preparing client presentations
- Preparing monthly client invoices
- Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings
- Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries
- Filing, faxing, copying, handling incoming mail
- Answering telephones and responding to routine client requests
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Possess strong organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic and be proactive to create new procedures and increase department’s efficiencies
- Ability to multi task
- Ideal candidate will work well under pressure
- Must be professional, have good job stability
