Jr. Business Intelligence Customer Support Consultant
 

 

Primary responsibility

Every consultant must be able to handle the coordination, documenting and processing of any first and second line incident in such a way that the functional or technical administrator that issued the call can use the BWise application in the best possible way. If needed he/she will provide a work-around while the software is modified by the development team

 

Key responsibilities

·         Call intake

·         Analysis of the request/ problem based on the delivered information (first line evaluation), clarify the issue if unclear and request additional information in case required

·         Reproduction of change requests (software problems or new functionality requests)

·         Provide detailed help to the customer

·         Log all calls into our CRM system

 

Requirements

·        

·        

·         Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, SQL and/or Crystal Syntax is preferred.

·         Good communicator

·         Take ownership

·         Excellent telephone skills

·         Excellent English verbal and writing skills

·         Any other language would be a big plus (preferably Dutch, French, German and/ or Spanish)

·         Stress Resistant

·         Independent
