As our Jr. Business Systems Analyst, based in Newark, CA, you will enjoy working with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our reporting deliverables. With your detail-oriented nature and a roll up your sleeves attitude, plus a curiosity and aptitude for learning new technology quickly, you will take ownership of report consolidation, database and report development, data analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Leverage your basic knowledge of VBA/SQL and database design as you create custom reports (utilizing existing reports) from your experience with MS Office Suite, especially Access and Excel. Excellent communication skills will be paramount as you partner with our internal teams, and quickly grasp their needs and implement those business solutions to our report generation. A comfort level in making report presentations, to both customers and internal teams is a must, as well as your ability to multi-task and manage priorities in an ever changing environment. Your Computer Information Systems Degree (or related field of study) and/or previous experience working with supply chain data is highly preferred, and will be beneficial in ensuring timely completion of business and technical goals, allowing you to create reports quickly and effectively.
