We are seeking a Junior Design Associate. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and willing to adapt to changing needs. The candidate will have a Degree, Certificate and/or Diploma in Marketing Design, graphics design, and/or communications.
Requirements:
• Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent desktop publishing skills (Adobe software including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver, FTP software, internet browsers, and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications). Experience with Web design, would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
• Work with marketing manager to design and implement new branding on all collateral marketing and communications materials
• Assisting in marketing material development for scheduling and placement for trade publication releases
• Develop specific design for product promotions and new product launches to generate sales leads and brand awareness, direct mail campaigns, vendor fairs, user meetings and literature documentation
• Ensure all marketing materials are legal and regulatory compliant
• Development of targeted business to business marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand, image standards and content are consistent with overall marketing strategies
• Update and maintain website; use statistical reports to measure website visitor information
• Create documents and quotations using desktop publishing principles
• Design, draft, edit and proofread marketing literature
• Data-mining of CRM database and internet
• Set up design - site specific collateral requirements
