This is a long term contract-to-hire opportunity in San Jose, CA. RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE: Work under the direction of the Corporate Data Services Manager to execute Engineering Change Orders and clean up existing designs in preparation for release. Support all LSA and Litho documentation release efforts by completing Bills of Materials; creating part drawings, assembly drawings, and models of purchase parts in Solid Works and AutoCAD to company standards. Communicate with Engineering and Document Control teams to resolve issues with Bills of Materials and drawing standards. Execute Engineering Change Orders. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years experience in Solid Works AutoCAD for 3D modeling and for creating detail and assembly drawings. Must be able to quickly adapt to company standards and practices. Must be familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Must have experience working in concurrent engineering environment with SMARTEAM PDM system. Experience with semiconductor equipment designs a plus. Formal Solid Works training a plus.
