Jr. Paid Search Analyst Job in Everett, Washington Us

Filter is looking for a Jr. Paid Search Analyst to quickly jump on board to help develop and optimize our client’s campaigns.

Our Everett based client has an exciting growth plan and a long list of engaging projects set for 2011 and they need help! Our ideal Search Analyst has hands on experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns; understands cross-channel retail and the analytics associated with merchandising and marketing in this space and is ready to roll up the sleeves to get the job done!

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

·         Build, execute "own" paid search campaigns across multiple engines to ensure the E-commerce specific goals are achieved.

·         Responsible for day-to-day management of paid search campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy writing and testing, landing page optimization, etc.

·         Generate and disseminate search reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends meeting outlined return on ad spends.

·         Manage maintain relationships with internal customers to communicate campaign performance and progress.

·         Execute contribute to team projects and initiatives requiring project management or coordination with other team members as it relates to the paid search program.

·         Consume data from analytics systems and search agencies and work to ensure that the conversion and traffic is used effectively to the benefit of the campaign.

·         Manage relationships with search engines partners to further optimize paid search marketing campaigns.

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

·         1-2 years’ experience in an SEM analyst or paid search campaign manager.

·         1+ years’ experience with an online retailer/E-commerce or online agency a plus

·         1+ years marketing analytics experience successfully optimizing natural and/or paid search programs

·         BA or BS with strong analytical skills

·         Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

·         Expert knowledge of web and retail practices

·         Passion for problem solving

·         Passion for customer service when working with both internal and external customers

·         Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment
