Job Description: Seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer to provide onsite support for an important Government customer.Responsibilities include requirements definition, design, development, integration and test in various object-oriented and scripted languages.Review, analyze and modify software systems including coding, testing, debugging, installing and documentation and supporting systemadministrators with the installation of software applications. The work location is Columbia, MD and nearby areas.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Job requirements include a Top Secret SCI clearance with lifestyle polygraph, a Bachelorof Science degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems or related discipline. Four years experience in full lifecyclesoftware development to include requirements definition, design, development, peer reviews, unit testing, integration and test. Two yearscombined experience in each of the following: Software development in object-oriented and scripted languages (e.g. Java Script, C++, Perl,Python, Ruby); Object-oriented design and analysis; Authoring or coauthoring software documentation Two years combined experience in one ormore of the following: Public Key technologies (e.g. Public Key based authentication mechanisms) for applications; Enabling row and columnsecurity; Virtual Private Databases; and Dynamically loading data to database from XML.Required Clearance: Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph PLEASE BE SURE TO MENTION THAT YOU SAW THIS AD ON JOBING.COM!!!
