Job Description: A Jr. Junior Project Manager is needed immediately for a major publishing company in NYC. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years experience. Support the lead project manager bull; Manage the flow of communication between and among, internal and external resources such as art director, graphic designers, copywriters, and production staff bull; Create and adhere to the production schedule of all projects to complete projects on time bull; Review, edit, and proofread all assigned projects bull; Maintain project workflow, seeking information, approvals, and resources needed to maintain time, budget and content requirements bull; Keep Senior Manager, Creative Services, art director, production manager, traffic coordinator and other key personnel informed of project status and specific developments as necessary bull; Maintain business confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, merchandising, distribution methods, inventory, customer lists, financial reports, and other company-owned practices bull; Protect company property and assets, reporting any damages or shortages Job Qualifications / Requirements bull; Bachelor̢ ? -s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or Advertising or equivalent experience bull; At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising bull; Strong track record of significant project management responsibilities bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner with others and deal effectively with multiple priorities and differing points of view in a challenging work environment bull; Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams across functions with the flexibility to adapt to changing objectives If this you please email myra.johnson@adeccona.com bull; Prior copywriting and proofreading skills preferred bull; Proficient computer skills.
