Junior Account Manager- Corp IR Software recruitment

The
primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to manage Ipreo's
existing and growing client base, which includes supporting the BD
Corporate product and serving as the primary contact for all
relevant Ipreo products and partnership integrations. Account
Managers follow proactive account management strategies to support
clients in the following areas: training sessions, leading on-site
meetings and account reviews, offering continuing product
education, presenting best practices for Investor Relations
workflow, and delivering extraordinary customer service via email
and phone communication.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Exceed customer's expectations by providing extraordinary service
for all customer requests
• Provide training and assistance to client base through training
sessions, presentations, and inbound customer contact
• Understand the Investor Relations industry and the job functions
of your clients in order to become an invaluable resource to your
clients
• Troubleshoot client issues and work with internal groups to solve
client problems
• Meet travel expectations for on-site client meetings
• Continuously work to promote the Bigdough products and identify
sales opportunities
• Analyze sales pipeline data related to market needs and support
management reporting
• Analysts will have significant exposure to all levels of
management within Ipreo and will regularly interact with the CEO's
and CFO's of our client.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
• 1-3 years client account management or relevant industry
experience i.e. Finance/Sales.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication and writing skills, outstanding customer
service orientation
• Ability to Multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Financial Industry knowledge (preferred)
