Junior Account Manager- Financial Software recruitment

General Summary

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to manage Ipreo's existing and growing client base, which includes supporting the BD Corporate product and serving as the primary contact for all relevant Ipreo products and partnership integrations. Account Managers follow proactive account management strategies to support clients in the following areas: training sessions, leading on-site meetings and account reviews, offering continuing product education, presenting best practices for Investor Relations workflow, and delivering extraordinary customer service via email and phone communication.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
• 1-3 years client account management or relevant industry experience i.e. Finance/Sales.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication and writing skills, outstanding customer service orientation

• Financial Industry knowledge (preferred)
