Junior Account Officer (Corporate Banking) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Perform close monitoring of the dept’s loan portfolio as and when there are events or changes to the borrowers’ financial status or otherwise.
- Credit evaluation including preparing credit proposals, reviews and reports; and conducting credit reviews of borrowers
- Review of legal documentation
- Maintain bank-client relationship
- Perform general credit administrative functions
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Economics.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in corporate lending in the Asia region.
- Product coverage includes bilateral facilities and participation in syndication deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
- Has broad knowledge of traditional banking products/services, more sophisticated transactions/risks, specific industries and markets.
- Good credit risk evaluation skills. Able to work under pressure and time constraint
- Conversant in cashflow projection and loan documentation
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Preferably able to speak Japanese
