The Challenge

Our client, a highly successful life assurance and pensions business, is looking to take on a Junior Accountant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller this varied role will involve;

• Accounts payable / receivable

• Accounts preparation up to trial balance

• Management accounts preparation

• Assisting in budget preparation

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Group reporting

• Other ad hoc duties that may arise

The Candidate

The role will suit a part-qualified Accountant with 1-3 years experience, ideally in a similar business. The candidate will be mature and professional in their approach. They will be self motivated and capable of working to deadlines.

The company is a financial services provider based in Dublin 1.
