Junior Administrative Assistant
Temporary to Possible Perm!

You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to a team of busy and dynamic professionals. Use your skills and experience to provide expert calendar management, prepare correspondence and presentations and provide support on ad hoc projects as required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning as well as change and flexibility to accommodate client needs, schedule internal and external client meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Manage travel expense reimbursement, enter and process expense reports in a timely manner
- Draft and prepare correspondence and PowerPoint presentations
- Provide assistance on ad hoc projects as needed
Skills Qualifications:
- College or university degree preferred.
- Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience at a senior executive level, in a fast-paced and complex organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills ? Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
