About our Client

Our client is an industry leader. Located on Sydney's North Shore, they are looking for a strong Junior Analyst to join the finance team, initially on a temporary basis.

Job Description

Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties will include, but not be limited to:-

• Close monitoring of controls to ensure the integrity of data
• Interpretation and analysis of data to ensure key trends and timeliness are being recognised
• Providing commercial guidance and advice to the management team
• Identifying opportunities to drive sales and increase profitability
• Assist with budget and forecast
• Preparation of cashflow forecasts
• Championing any process improvements across functions where applicable
• Ad hoc analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be degree qualified and will be studying toward your CA/CPA qualification. You will have a strong background in analytical capacities, and will be looking to develop your skill set within a dynamic team environment. Advanced Excel skills, as well as excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
