Junior Analyst – London recruitment
Junior Analyst - Our Client is a diverse real estate investor manager and is seeking to hire a Junior Analyst to join the experienced ranks within the company. The business is reviewing alternative investments within the market and is looking at investing funds across different platforms. The experienced team have worked across various sectors within real estate and debt markets. The Role:
- Analysing investment proposals including calculating the IRR and investment risks.
- Creating cashflow forecasts on potential transactions.
- Providing transaction support to senior members of the team which would include asset management and investor relations.
- Supporting with deal execution and underwriting potential deals.
The Person: To apply you must be an advanced modeller, with experience of real estate from either an advisory, lending or private equity background. A first class academic background is important. The chosen candidate will be dynamic, financially savvy with excellent communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and leading real estate investor who are active within the market.
