Junior Art Producer Job in Boston 02109, Massachusetts US
We are seeking a Junior Art Producer to join our Boston team.
The Junior Art Producer will report to the Director of Art Production and will interact with the Creative, Account Management, Print Production and Digital Production departments, as well as external photographers/vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Director of Art Production in the production and management of all stages of art procurement for any and all of the agency's creative executions
- Price and negotiate stock art
- Create estimates, purchase orders
- Image purchasing
- Invoice processing
- Develop relationships with photographers/vendors
- Collaborate with creatives in finding the best, most appropriate photography talent
- Stock searching, downloading high-resolution files
- Maintain all image logs
- Basic administrative support
- Assist our in-house Photo Studio
- Four-year degree is required
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills and team player
- Good time management skills
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diplomatic problem solver
- Ability to work independently, but know when to ask for help
- Good creative eye
- Proficient in Excel and Word
