Our client are one of the most respected names within Investment Banking, have a rich history within the sector and outstanding deal flow. We are looking for exceptional talent at the Junior Associate and mid Associate level to join one of the strongest Generalist MA Corporate Finance teams in London. As an Associate you will remain generalist although if you have strength in a particular sector and a preference then this will be exploited.
The transactions you will be mostly exposed to will be UK and European focused and will be within lean teams with highly competent bankers from prestigious banks who have the ability to build relationships without relying on a balance sheet. The position is an outstanding opportunity for an individual to gain exposure within a boutique environment in one of the best brands. The deal flow is extremely strong and predominantly mid/large cap within the UK and European space
The role

You will be working several levels above your grade at times and others performing the role of an analyst when needed. Your skills should be highly technical with the ability to lead an manage analysts, pull together presentations and provide dynamic solutions where others fail.
Key Requirements
You will be working within a leading Bulge Bracket bank or Boutique MA team. Sector focus can be generalist or focussed however you will ideally have UK transaction experience in some relevance.
European languages are beneficial however not a must and your experience will be most recently come from the UK or US.
You will be gaining unrivalled execution experience so you will ideally have good experience of transactions that have closed and understanding of working an execution process.
Finally we are looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals looking for an opportunity where there is less internal politics and red tape, performing in a group that is not only busy pitching but also executing.
