Junior Associate – European Distressed Debt/ Private Equity recruitment
Our client is a tier one private equity firm, who have an established presence in distressed and turnaround investments. They seek to invest in companies where, through investment and clear strategy, there is a real potential for growth and success. They work with management teams to achieve their objectives.
They are now looking to add a junior associate to their team, whose brief will be the execution of investments for the fund. This will involve financial modelling, valuations, restructuring analysis, deal execution, corporate turnaround, strategy, valuations.
We are interested in candidates who will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers from the top firms
- restructuring professionals from major advisors
- strategy consultants from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG
- chartered accoutants with MA or restructuring experience
- candidates must be fluent in English and one of German or French
- great academics
