Junior Associate/ Investment Analyst Real Estate Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is one of the top real estate investment funds, managing in excess of £3 billion of assets in commercial and residential real estate. They have very successful and are now looking to a junior associate/ investment analyst level professional to their team.
The role will focus on the identification and analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities; the execution of those investments; and the portfolio management of those assets once the investment has been made. You will work as part of a high calibre team of professionals and the firm has a really good work/ life ethic.
We are interested in meeting with candidates who are going to have a background as follows:
- 2nd or 3rd year level investment bankers from one the top investment banks
- real estate investment professionals with other funds or investors
- chartered accountants with real estate advisory skills
- strong mathematical background, able to carry out detailed financial analysis (it is unlikely that surveyors will be suitable for this role, unless they can demonstrate strong financial modelling skills)
- candidates must have professional experience of working in real estate.
