Junior Associate, US Private Equity Buy Out Fund recruitment
Our client is one or the most successful US private equity funds, and a major investor in LBO and MBO deals. They have worked on some of the biggest buyouts in recent years, and made hundreds of acquisitions since they were established over 20 years ago.
Their European team, based in London, is now looking to add associates to the group, who will work on the origination and execution of deals for the fund. This role will involve meeting investee companies, structuring of finance, financial and LBO modelling, due diligence, document preparation and negotiation.
They are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background as follows:
- 3rd year analysts/ 1st year associates from the mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance or financial sponsors teams of the top investment banks
- potentially, we will consider exceptional professionals from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Monitor, Booz
- highly rated in your team
- strong financial modelling skills
- applicants must have worked on buy side acquisitions for clients and had significant involvement in the technical financial analysis of those acqusitions
