Junior Associate, US Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client is a major US private equity fund, who are now looking to add a junior associate to their London team. The role, working as part of the Deal Team, will work on the execution of managment and leveraged buy outs across all industry sectors. Typical deal sizes tend to be in the £50m - $250m range.
Spefically, you will have involvement in financial modelling, valuations, deal execution, negotiation, liaison with advisors as principal, financing, credit and LBO modelling. The role will have a heavy transaction content.
They are looking to add an exceptional investment banker from one the top investment banks, probably the 3rd year analyst or 1st year associate level. The successful applicant will have a strong track record of mergers and acqusitions, and have strong financial modelling and valuation skills. You should also have great academics. They might also consider a very good strategy consultant form a firm such as LEK or OCC.
