Junior Client Consultant/Account Manager
Our client, a leading Digital Consultancy based in London, are looking to recruit a Junior Client Consultant/Account Manager to join their ever-expanding Client Services team.
This position has materialised due to the recent exponential expansion of the Company's client base and is a fantastic opportunity to join a Company with lots of possible career progression. Our client are looking for someone to focus on maintaining existing client relationships through regular contact and generating new business through identifying and executing opportunities to up-sell on products/offers.
Working on a busy desk, you can expect to handle in excess of 50 daily inbound/outbound calls and also communicate with clients over email. Due to the natural progression involved in the position, you will also be responsible for attending client meetings and occasionally presenting new opportunities to these clients.
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:
- Account Management, Client Support or Sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Web, Social Media and Marketing Communications
- Good presentation skills
