Key Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and have an enthusiastic approach when speaking to new and existing clients
Able to communicate fluently in Arabic, both in writing and verbally is preferable, but not essential.
Capable of adapting selling techniques and style to audience
Professional and organised approach suited to a UK FCA regulated broker and product environment
Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
Whilst the candidate will share responsibility for all clients globally, they will be dealing with a high number of our Middle Eastern clients and it is therefore an advantage that they can communicate in Arabic fluently, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Regular timely communication with existing and prospective Clients, both written and verbal
Responding to Client queries and inquiries within time frame specified
Assisting with processing client applications and payments, sensitively dealing with any queries that may arise as a result
Escalation of client queries as and when appropriate in accordance with company guidelines
Within the position there will be consistent internal liaison with the Compliance Team
