Junior Commodity Derivatives Sales Person recruitment
You will be responsible for selling a range of structured products to produces and end-user clients within Europe. This position will suit an ambitious salesperson looking to take on their next career challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting clients; generating, building and maintaining strong client relationships across Europe.
- Marketing a range of structured products to producers and end-users, with the focus on softs related products.
- Developing marketing material and presentations.
- Provide support for the trading team.
- Understanding market fundamentals in order to make informed trade recommendations.
- Draft market fundamental updates for clients.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent academic background with a strong degree in a related subject.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in agricultural and soft commodity derivative sales.
- A good understanding of options and financial derivatives.
- Strong networking, relationship building and communication skills.
- Business fluency in English is essential with additional languages advantageous, particularly Russian or Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial sense, business acumen and a target driven mind-set.
- A strong interest in the agricultural commodity markets.
