Job Description

Responsible for the CB policy, methods, tools and annual compensation cycle management:
* The ongoing management of remuneration and other reward practices, systems and processes that attract, motivate and retain employees and maximize the profitability of the business.
* Analyze cost and CB trends and identify the company position.
* Prepare data and participate in surveys and in reviewing the data.
* Manage / facilitate the company annual CB procedures cycle and responsible to run the annual compensation cycle (from salary survey, annual salary and raise process).
* Manages the company CB data base.

Job Requirements

As a Compensation Benefits Specialist you have a bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, or in a related field. Proven 2-4 years work experience in an International Compensation Benefits role within a large company/multinational. You have basic knowledge of CB tools and method.

Furthermore:
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
* High level computer skills including excel is a must.
* Organized worker with natural attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills across hierarchical levels and between different cultures.
* Proven ability to understand business needs and align towards it.

Additionally you are flexible, you dont have a 9-17 mentality, you are willing to change, you have a high sense of responsibility, strong numerical understanding, eye for details and you are strongly persuasive.

Salary and Benefits

Based in: Amsterdam
Salary: about 3.000 based on full-time
Working week: 3 to 4 days a week 
Contract: Definite period of time, with the intent to provide a contract for an indefinite period of time
