Role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a motivated and driven professional to join our successful team in Melbourne as a Junior Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealer. Reporting to the Corporate Dealing Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to identify and pursue new corporate FX business opportunities as well as account managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Key Responisbilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Establish new business relationships and effectively identify and communicate appropriate foreign exchange solutions
- Focusing on customer retention, monitoring market information and applying sales skills to develop and grow our client base
- Be responsible for introducing customers to our online payment platform
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills
To excel in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Marketing with some exposure to the foreign exchange and/or banking and financial services industry. Ideally you will have a good understanding of new business acquisition and managing customer relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must as is the ability to working in a fast paced team environment.
