Junior Credit Sales, London, UK recruitment
Leading house looking to add a junior CDS sales person in London. The ideal candidate will have either 1-2yrs experience on a Flow credit sales desk OR 1yr experience on a CDS desk. The candidate must have had some experience selling GBP or EUR CDS to institutions based in the UK or Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a step up in their career to build upon their existing knowledge in the CDS/ Credit Sales space and contribute to the development of the institutional business in Europe.
Responsibilities for:
- GBP, EUR CDS (Credit Default Swap)
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
- Improve levels of business passing through desk, improving profitability
- Focus on institutional accounts in UK/ Europe
- Advise clients and provide them with trade ideas.
- Working directly with the CDS product manager
Skills / Attributes required for: Junior Credit Sales, London, UK. £Salary: Highly Competitive. (CDS, Credit Default Swap, £, London, derivatives)
- 1-2yrs industry experience
- Proven ability to speak with clients in the UK Europe. PREFERENCE GIVEN TO HOSE WITH EXISTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
- Very good knowledge in the CDS product space
- Must be results-focused, committed to achieving high standards, effective communicator, team-player
