Junior Customer Service/Administration
Our client, a unique company specialising in the transportation and setting up of stage lights at functions/events, are looking for an exceptional candidate with an extensive background in office-based Customer Service and B2B roles.
Our client has supported popular events such as the Brit Awards and are affiliated with stadiums such as Wembley Stadium.
To be considered for the role it is ESSENTIAL you have the following:
- Extensive Customer Service experience.
- Articulate telephone manner
- Ability and confidence in using MS Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- AutoCAD experienced is preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with both customers and suppliers, and for ensuring all SLA's are met. You will be reporting to a manager and assist where possible.
