( Junior ) Director
The team oversees the activities of different Real Estate funds, with a wide variety of investments including residential and commercial Real Estate assets, Real Estate loans as well as securitized debt and is charged with ensuring the most effective management of the assets and driving maximum returns.
Working as part of an international and dynamic team you will define the strategy for each investment with the aim of maximising returns and manage the process throughout.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well funded, diverse Real Estate investor and asset manager with excellent scope for progression and constant exposure to new Real Estate transactions in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluent English and a second European language, ideally French or German
Experience of working within a Real Estate investment management, finance, credit or CMBS team for more than four years
Experience of working across international boundaries and with multiple stake-holders with excellent transaction management skills
Commercially minded
Committed, hardworking and focused upon delivering results
