Junior Electronic Execution Trader
JOB DESCRIPTION-
One of the largest hedge funds in the world and is actively seeking an execution trader to design and develop new electronic execution cross assets futures strategies, as well as maintain and improve existing ones.

My client is seeking a junior to mid level experienced candidate, ideally with a background in creating successful electronic execution models, transaction cost analysis and market microstructure research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance and optimize existing electronic execution strategies
- Enhance the understanding of transaction cost analysis algorithmic models
- Breed new ideas and conduct research to improve execution logic and platforms
- Conduct statistical analysis of market data, historical trends, and relationships
- Develop a thorough understanding of market microstructure, transaction costs, market participants, and products in the securities markets
- Ensure the desired exposure is achieved through executing trades following systematic processes
Job Requirements
- Top tier education
- Background in or related to electronic execution trading
- Knowledge, experience or ability in market microstructure research, Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) is highly beneficial
- Minimum 2 years of experience - My client will not consider those without fulltime experience
