An opportunity exists for a Junior Estimator to join this reputable family owned Commercial, Warehousing, Retail and Industrial specialist. This company offers end to end construction service from multi unit retail development, undercover warehousing to purpose built cold storage facilities. The exposure to a variety of projects would be of great value to your learning or further developing this trade.
You will have:
• 2-3 years experience as a Estimator
• An ability to draw full estimation values from a single design will stand you in good stead.
• A diploma qualification in Building and Construction or on your way to completion of this qualification
• Good relationship management skills
• A high level of communication skills with an ability to learn and adapt quickly to a fast working environment.
