Junior ETRM Consultant
Our Client - Global Professional services company based in London, requires a strong customer facing ETRM consultant to join their expanding ETRM practice.
Job Description - The role will require the successful candidate to work with some highly complex and diverse commodities trading companies based across the EMEA region. Your role will be largely based on client site where you will become a subject matter expert on my clients in-house ETRM platform.
The role is a wide and varied one but some of the day to day responsibilities will include:
* capturing client requirements and documenting a functional solution
* Configuring the technical solution to match the solution design
* Oversee testing of the specific work stream
* Work with the in-house support, QA and development teams to help drive the platform's usage through the end client
* Continuously review processes and product documentation and improve software expertise
Candidate Requirements -
Essential - Candidates will have experience working for an energy trading company or commodities business within an investment bank; demonstrable experience working on complex technology projects; experience working with a complex ETRM system; experience capturing client requirements and translating this to a solution design.
This role will suit junior technology consultants who have experience working with commodities trading clients or perhaps junior BA's who have experience working in commodities trading companies or commodities businesses within investment banks.
There is extensive travel across Europe for this role.
