Description
Provide direct support to the FICC Sales COO on day-to-day business requirements and also assist in implementing and reinforcing global strategic initiatives at the sales team level. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to work closely with FICC management, interact daily with the sales team and gain market knowledge.
Main Duties
Management Reporting:
- Partner with Sales Finance to provide management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis. Provide insight into trends and forecasts
- Assist in creating product specific presentations designed to outline the Barclays/client relationship and value-added propositions
- Perform broad statistical analysis of client data such as P/L, sales credit, client/product volume and revenue and create monthly trading reports
Business Management:
- Provide support to the FICC Sales COO on short- and long-term strategic and tactical projects
- Manage control and compliance processes and issues for FICC businesses
- Work with sales management to complete the annual sales budget
- Work with Technology teams on testing, analyzing, and training sales on out new programs and sales tools
- Partner with Human Resources and sales managers to develop hiring/recruitment plans and to manage internship programs, knowledge management and other business initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of Financial Services experience
