Junior Financial Controller recruitment
The duties of the role will include:
- Responsibility for certain prepayments and accruals for the main operating entity, including the monthly reconciliations for these accounts
- Journal entry preparation and posting for the companies' legal entities that are under the responsibility of London Finance
- Collation and monitor of business unit Travel Entertainment expenses, to include monthly reporting and analysis by individual
- Assistance on the Accounts Receivable function, invoicing, posting of journal entries and maintaining the invoice register
In order to be considered for this role, you will require:
- Experience working in Financial Services is essential (investment banking, broking or insurance); prior experience working in asset management would be beneficial
- JD Edwards experience would be beneficial; strong Excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables)
- Studying towards a qualification i.e. ACCA, CIMA, AAT is essential.
