Junior Foreign Exchange ( FX ) Structurer Required – Tier One Investment Bank – Asia – Up to Junior VP Level – $145k + Bonus + Package recruitment

Montash Associates is working with a leading Investment Bank, and are looking on source a Junior FX Structurer to join their market leading team.

This individual must have prior experience in FX Structuring. The role will encompass a wide variety of activities, and the successful individual will be exposed to a number of different areas, all having a significant impact on the business. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, and gain exposure to a number of different areas.

This individual will have an excellent career path and will be given the tools to progress rapidly. The client base consists of Retail, Corporate and Institutional clients, and the group also covers Hybrid products.

The role will be based in Hong Kong, however relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate and we welcome international applicants should all criteria below be satisfied.

The ideal candidate will be brought in at Associate level, however VP candidates will be considered.

In order to qualify for this role you must have:

• 1+ years FX structuring experience. Other asset classes cannot be considered.

• Strong quant skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Exposure and knowledge of FX Trading and Sales

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)

In exchange for this the package on offer is exceptional. As is standard in the industry, the exact figures will be dependent upon the specific individual and determined at later stages, but as a guideline, the base salary will be in the region of $145k (for a Junior VP). There will be a market leading bonus on top of this, as well as a flexible benefits package.
