My client is a world class systematic trading Hedge Fund with a mixed arbitrage approach to take the alpha profits from a volatile market. They place as much value on innovation and creativity as they do on hard core OO coding. They are looking to hire the best and brightest talents on the horizon to help them build up on their already imposingly dominant market place.

And you are a recent graduate (some leniency will be observed for very bright individuals) from a top technical university
And have demonstrable Development skills in OO coding (ideally Java, hopefully some scripting too)
And have a genuine passion for technical problem solving (ie can showcase hobby projects, Open Source contributions etc)
