Junior Human Resources Administrative Support
Location: Calgary, AB T2W4X9
The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to our very fast paced Human Resource Department. The position is very deadline driven.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Employment Verification Letters
- Creating and distributing reports as required
- Maintenance of employee records and files (document control)
- Processing requests for personnel transactions
- Maintaining all employee and employment related data in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) accurately and in a timely fashion
- Auditing of information in Oracle-based system
- Administrative support at New Hire Orientation
- Taking of HR Department Meeting minutes and distribution
- Coodination of security screening and alcohol drug testing as required
- Coordination of corporate AMEX program
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Experience in Oracle-based system an asset
- Keen attention to detail;
- Experience performing document quality control;
- Exceptional typing, editing, and formatting skills;
- Strong communication, written, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent abilities in Microsoft Office.
