Our clients include central banks, official institutions, corporations, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, and mutual funds.  In the U.S. we have offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey and New York.We have an excellent career opportunity for a Junior Human Resources Generalist in our Boston office. As part of a three person team the individual will be responsible for HR reporting and data management for US and Canadian offices.  He/she will be the lead on the twice monthly payroll coordination and review process for over 100 people in the US.  Individual will provide Generalist support including benefits trouble shooting and problem resolution, employee and manager coaching, visas, interns and education.

Specific Responsibilities:   

• Generate all HR related reporting for finance, and other US and European internal clients.  Primary manager for payroll including payroll review and assembly.                                            

• Support all IT HR tools including internal Web sites and performance management sites.                   

• Troubleshoot employees’ benefits issues if issues arise with call centers.                                              

• Coach and consult with managers and employees in the Boston office.                                  

• Support all compensation processes including salary and bonus planning.

• Partner with HR team members to recruits for open roles.

Academic Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Course work or Certification in Employment law and HR practices

• Computer office skills – strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• 3 plus years in HR generalist role in a fast paced environment.  Experience in a financial s services firm a plus.
