Junior Legal Counsel – Global Insurance Company (REF: JLC-GIC/CP240212) recruitment
Our client is a leading global insurance firm that has been established itself as a major player in the market offering a full range of insurance products.
The successful candidate will be providing a comprehensive Legal Counsel service to all levels of the business; they will be expected to review agreements and contracts. This role expects that the candidate be commercially minded and to provide legal solutions in line with the needs of the business.
To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:
At least two years’ PQE this can be gained in private practice or in-house. They must be experienced in agreement and contract review and their drafting skills must be excellent. Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory issues would be helpful. As you will be working with all levels of the firm including Senior Management then strong communication skills are essential. Additionally candidates must have excellent written, read and spoken English and Chinese.
