Junior Mortgage / Securitized products
My client is a global investment bank who are looking to hire a junior securitized products / mortgage sales person to add to their growing sales desk in New York City.
This is not an entry level role but would be more junior, working alongside senior sales people. The candidate will be given the chance to develop a client base and build up their own book of business.
Key requirements:
- Experience at a bank in either a sales, trading, syndication, origination or DCM-related role.
- A good technical understanding of the following products: Non-Agency RMBS / CMBS / CLO's / Mortgages in general is key.
- Although other experience may be relevant, the role is a sales position so the candidate should be young, hungry, and entrepreneurial with a real motivation to contribute to a growing sales desk and onboard their own clients.
- Ideally some experience dealing with buy-side institutional accounts.
- Ideally be immediately available (although this can be flexible if the candidate has a notice period etc).
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
