Junior Portfolio Manager recruitment
Candidates looking to apply for this role should have demonstrable experience supporting senior investment professionals, taking on a high level of responsibility within their current role. This position will ideally require candidates to be coming from a similar role with around 4-5 years experience within a Fixed Income, Emerging Markets focused position.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the Emerging Markets Portfolio Managers, in all aspects of their day to day tasks
* Conducting in-depth macro-economic analysis
* Liaising both internally and externally
Qualifications Experience:
* Excellent academic record
* Strong background in macroeconomic analysis/econometrics
* Strong interest in Emerging Markets and Fixed Income/Currencies financial markets,
* Team player with attention to detail and an analytical mind
* Strong Excel, Bloomberg and financial modeling skills
* Fluency in one or more foreign languages would be an advantage
