Junior Product Manager (£18K to £23k) Job in London E14 9Tp, London Uk

Vectone Mobile is an International Telecommunications company based in Canary Wharf, London, with MVNO operations across UK and Europe.  We are currently expanding our already highly successful range of Products. We are looking to employ ambitious, innovative and driven Junior Product Managers to manage portfolio of existing products as well as new Products. The successful candidate would have some knowledge of the Telecommunication industry and a good understanding of Product Management. This person will have a natural flair for building relationships and have the confidence to conduct Outbound Telesales calls. You will have previous Sales/ Telesales or Call Centre experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

·          Manage all Product updates on websites

·          Manage SMS campaigns

·          Deliver Market and Product requirement documents

·          Enhance the customer experience, identify key customer journeys

·          Coordinate with departmental and development teams to ensure its timely delivery and success

·          Be an expert with respect to the competition by regularly conducting market research and analysis

Skills and Attributes

·          Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·          Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·          Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

·          Prominent organization and presentation skills.
