Junior Project Manager recruitment
Our client, a large European investment bank, is looking to source a dynamic and talented Project Manager with a background in Operations. Working in a project environment, you will perform a key project management function for the bank as well as possibly undertaking a variety of business analysis duties.
Working with senior management, you will have excellent communication presentation skills. Your Stakeholder skills and ability to liaise and successfully communicate with senior level management will be paramount in this role. You will have proven experience tracking project milestones, reporting metrics and a proven track record of successful delivery from an end to end perspective. This role is part of a key strategic initiative for the investment bank, so we are looking for candidates who want to work in a challenging, fast-paced and demanding environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 2 years Financial Services experience, some of which is a project environment.
- Operations background desirable, but not essentail
- Project management experience (PRINCE2 or similar qualification beneficial)
- Demonstrable Change management / Business Analysis experience
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with all Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills: time management a great ability to manage workload
- Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail
