Junior Recruiter

Requirements:  Campus recruiting or general/staff recruiting experience (in financial services industry a plus). 

Work with Graduate Recruiters and line representatives to plan and manage screening and selection process for campus hires. 

Tasks include:

Manage Candidate Applications –

Receive/download applications via on-line ATS or university site

Capture additional data as appropriate (ie attachment referral)

Screen Candidates –

Sort, order, screen (eligibility) and prepare screened CV packs for recruiter/school team

Send applications via email to HR/business line

Send invite to numerical test (if appropriate)

Send email rejections and invitations to 1st round interviews

Submit ‘closed’ lists via university system (if applicable)

Implement periodic data deletion filing activity

Manage Candidate Pools -

Create interview schedules in on-line system

Set candidates to process stage via on-line system

Send email rejections and invitations to 1st round interviews

Check data quality acc to give timelines

Enter data into offer letter spreadsheet as applicable

Assess and Select Candidates

Rejected candidates in 1 division are checked in other programs prior to rejection

Set up 1st round schedule in ATS system

Invite and coordinate final round schedules

Final round phone rejections and update ATS system

Printing of documents. Collation distribution of interview packs

Book interview rooms

Run first and final round schedules and numerical testing (if applicable).

Meet and greet candidates.

Collate and coordinate final round feedback

Post-Offer Activities

Support recruiter and team captain in logistics of post-offer ‘sell’ visits to the office or other events.

University Relationships

Manage external university relationships for two key target schools

Manage internal business relationships in the recruitment strategy and planning at key target schools

Foster relationships amongst the student population on key campuses to market DB's intern and full time opportunities

Monitor and screen candidate applications from key schools

Join in the sell process to close offer candidates

Additional Support

Manage graduate referral spreadsheet for full time and intern candidates (logging all internal referrals for review and screening)

Manage business participation tracking document across all division

Run weekly hiring reports for multiple business areas

Manage emails generated by online system with candidate queries
