Job Summary and Mission:
As an HR Operations Coordinator in the Recruiting Operations, HR department you will act as a liaison between Recruiting Services, Branches, Human Resources, internal client groups, and candidates/New Joiners. You will be an integral part of ensuring smooth onboarding and processing for all new joiners of the firm.
Key Requirements:
- Enter/Post jobs internally and externally
- Onboard New Joiners via HRi system
- Create and distribute candidate offer letters
- Distribute New Joiner packages
- Track/assist candidate background investigation and drug testing
- liaison with HR managers, Recruiters, Branches and candidates when adverse background findings arise
- Communicate regularly candidate statuses with Recruiters/Branches
- Manage New Joiner Paperwork and I-9 forms
- Assist with new joiner orientation
- Ad hoc projects/ reporting
