SUMMARY:
As a vital member of the Risk Management and Analytics Department, the Junior Risk Analyst will ultimately be required to provide accurate and logical reporting services, with extreme attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to clearly understand business needs and translate these into functional reports: both accurately fulfilling the requirements of reporting specifications, and identifying useful additional data during the process and providing feedback to the specification owner. The position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine and it’s a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain significant work experience and skills as well as on the job training with growth potential!
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
•Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner.
•Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
•Ability to work with management staff to improve data collections and reporting efficiency.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables required.
•Strong verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast paced environment.
•A Bachelors Degree from an accredited University is required.
• Experience working with or using T-SQL and SQL Server Reporting services (SSRS) is also required.
